Jon Dearing is Managing Principal of Advertent.Jon is a versatile executive leader, with proven success bringing products, services, and solutions to market, and optimizing portfolios for profitable growth.His unique background includes executive roles at a global building materials firm, global infrastructure services firm, as well as in the public sector.Most recently, Jon led growth for the Urbanization Solutions business line at Cemex (NYSE: CX) – a vertically-integrated producer of cement, aggregates and concrete – where he focused on businesses aligned to the future of the built environment.Previously, Jon held a leadership role at AECOM’s (NYSE: ACM) Cities Initiative developing and delivering integrated, multi-benefit solutions to address pain points in the urban environment.
